Hotel room rates are subject to a discounted resort fee of $25 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. The resort fee includes the following amenities:

Gratuities

Currently, porterage gratuities are $10.00 per person, round trip, and will be charged to the individual guest room. Porterage is subject to applicable state excise taxes (currently 4.712%) in effect at the time of check-in. Housekeeping gratuities are optional $2.00 per day.
